Lorae – Account & Data Deletion

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Lorae account and all associated data directly within the app:

1. Open the Lorae app and sign in
2. Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation)
3. Scroll down to "Delete My Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your profile and account information (name, email)
• All mood entries and journal notes
• Habit tracking history
• Sleep logs
• Goals and progress data
• Gratitude entries
• Community messages and direct messages
• Buddy connections
• Trophies and milestones
• Social media mood check-ins
• All other user-generated content

Data Retention

All personal data is deleted immediately and permanently upon account deletion. No data is retained after deletion. There is no recovery period — deletion is final.

If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by emailing us:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
